If you don't know who someone is, every statement or publication about it is fake. Even if someone were to make a payment from a Satoshi wallet, this would not prove that he is Satoshi because Satoshi can give away the private keys to someone named Craig, for example. They don't live that far from each other. If you look very, very, very carefully at the Bitcoin white paper, you can discover who the original creators of Bitcoin are. If you can't figure it out, you can follow it soon in this blog.
